We accept orders by fax, phone or email.

Your name and address
For ready made jewellery, tell us the name of the design that you would like to order. Then in addition:

For necklaces, our standard chain length is 16" / 40 cm. If you require an 18" / 45 cm chain just let us know. Similarly, if you want a longer chain or a particular style, just give us the details. There might be an additional charge in some cases. We will let you know before you are committed.

For bracelets, tell us whether you want a small size (as for a young child) a medium size (for a neat fit) or a larger size (for a looser fit).
(We are always happy to make changes later, once you see your jewellery).
For commissions, let us know what you would like. We will come back to you to confirm the cost and whether we need more information.

We will confirm your order by contacting you as fast as we can, usually within 24 hours.

At the same time we will confirm the total cost and explain how to pay. Currently we accept payment by cheque, credit/debit card or paypal.

All our jewellery is hand made. We make every effort to achieve consistency but some slight variations are inevitable.
Sorry, but we do not sell through this web site to anyone outside the UK.
We do not sell to anyone who is under the age of 18.
Prices on the website are correct as at 3rd March 2007. We do our very best to avoid making changes to prices at short notice, but we reserve the right to do so without notice. If prices have had to change we will tell you when you order and before you are committed.
We do not pass any details about you, your e-mail address for instance, to anyone else.
